A Family Company
We didn’t set out to bottle water when we first came here to live.
Back in 2003 when we bought our farm in the Scenic Rim, there were droughtmaster cattle, wallabies and hares occupying the land, the sound of wind moving through the grass and trees was raw, red and black soil and a kind of silence you don’t forget. We trained and bred a few good horses and shared home cooked meals with family and everyone who worked beside us. We learned what it means to be true stewards of the land.
The water found us in a drought when we divined an underground aquifer, searching for water to irrigate he farm.
Beneath our feet, 30 metres down, crystal clear streams flowed through fractured basalt laid down millions of years ago by an extinct volcano. We didn’t fully understand what we had until we tasted it for ourselves. It was soft, crisp and unlike anything we’d ever tasted. We had it tested, of course — and sure enough, it was naturally alkaline, rich in essential minerals and free from the impurities found in treated water. It also carried a healing negative charge, proven to turbo charge cell recovery.
We knew this wasn’t just for us.
So we built a purpose designed bottling facility right here on the farm. Sharp, clean and Council approved, it meets rigorous hygiene standards and environmental guidelines. Every surface, every fitting, every decision was made with care — because this water deserves it and so do the people who drink it. It’s been a labour of love, just like raising our horses — done with patience, discipline and a deep respect for nature.
Pure Oz Water is the result of two decades living on this land, listening to it and protecting what flows beneath it. Every bottle carries the spirit of this place — clean, honest, untouched by human hands and industry. Proudly Australian.
