These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Pure Oz Water® website, products, and services. By using our website or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not accept these terms, you must not access our website or purchase our products.

2. Definitions

  • “We”, “Us”, “Our” refers to Balcony Developments Pty Ltd trading as Pure Oz Water®.
  • “You”, “Your”, “Customer” refers to any user, purchaser, or visitor of this website.
  • “Products” refers to all bottled water and related goods sold through our website or approved stockists.
  • “Website” refers to www.pureozwater.com.au.

3. Use of Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and not to engage in any conduct that may damage, disable, or interfere with the operation of the website. All content on this site, including trademarks, logos, images, and text, is the property of Pure Oz Water® and must not be copied or used without written permission.

4. Orders and Payments

  • All prices are listed in AUD and include GST where applicable.
  • We accept payment by major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment gateways.
  • Orders will be confirmed via email upon receipt of payment.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

5. Subscriptions and Recurring Orders

  • Customers may choose between one-time purchases or recurring delivery options (weekly, fortnightly, monthly).
  • Subscription services will be charged automatically on the selected cycle.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle via your account dashboard or by contacting us directly.

6. Shipping and Delivery

  • We currently deliver within Australia to residential, business, and commercial addresses.
  • Delivery timeframes may vary by location and carrier. Estimated times will be shown at checkout.
  • Pure Oz Water® is not liable for any delays outside our control.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure your delivery address and instructions are accurate.

7. Returns and Refunds

We comply with the Australian Consumer Law. If your product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or credit.

  • Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Non-refundable items include gift vouchers and samples.

8. Product Safety and Quality

  • All Pure Oz Water® products are bottled at the source, naturally alkaline (TDS 410 mg/L), and meet Australian food safety standards.
  • We are committed to maintaining product integrity from aquifer to bottle.
  • Our facility and operations follow industry best practices and compliance with the Australasian Bottled Water Institute (ABWI) Model Code.

9. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, product designs, packaging, images, videos, and written content are the intellectual property of Balcony Developments Pty Ltd. Use or reproduction without written permission is strictly prohibited.

10. Privacy and Data Security

We are committed to protecting your privacy. All customer information is handled in accordance with our [Privacy Policy] and Australian privacy laws. We do not store credit card information.
